Wrapped in waterproof breathable membrane.

Internal walls: 

89 x 38mm CLS  studs.

At 400mm (16 inch) centres.

First floor:

Solid timber joists or timber I joists or space joists.

At 400mm (16 inch) centres.

covered with 18mm plywood

Roof:

225mm solid timber rafters.

At 400mm (16 inch) centres.

Sheathed with OSB/Woodfibre board.

Covered with waterproof breathable membrane.
